Can I create private groups in which the contents are public for the whole world?

Currently the post are categorized only if the user enters his group, if published in activity only seen on this page,

I want the user after being categorized in the registry, once in, (without having to enter the group, since it belongs to him by his characteristics), everything that publish automatically leaves in the corresponding page of his group and in activity

I have categorized and restringed users by categories with the plugins that I said in the previous message, I put that categories in the page groups, but when a user uploap a post, appear in activity page but no in their categories page allowed in groups pages
