Also, can user uploaded profile image by ‘Ultimate Member’ plugin be shown automatically? I dont want gravatar enabled… is there any alternative?

can the design and the cs be more professional looking? is there any plugin for that?
I pressed publish button and it showed ‘unknown destination 404’ … sort of
so I pressed the button again. And there are two posts. Is the same going to happen in buddypress plugin also? I am worried.
