@jrzwv you mean https://codex.buddypress.org/buddypress-components-and-features/buddypress-repair-tools-admin-screen/ ? Is the actual member count more OR less than what is showing on your screen? Are you using a cache plugin? If so, have you cleared cache and/or deactivated that plugin?

@jrzwv Some of the issues associated with using premium framework themes is that there are more chances of plugin conflicts and that we have no access to the theme. Good thing is, you should be able to get free support for your premium theme.
