Does anyone know how to add xprofile fields into the Activity form?

I would like to add a dropdown field, populated with 6 xprofile fields, that when a member s posting they can choose from the dropdown field, and add their choice to the activity they are posting.

I’d like to know how to force buddypress members to use alt text in images they upload to activity and group timelines. Need to make my community site more accessible.

Does anyone know where I can get an ads plugin that’s similar to the ads that Facebook has? Where users can create their own ads within their BuddyPress accounts? I’m not talking about Classifieds where users are selling things ebay-style (there seems to be plenty of those), just regular ads.
