It seems indeed that this is the issue (Please note: For BuddyPress Multilingual to work, your site’s language URL format needs to be set to use different languages in directories. You can find the language URL options by going to WPML → Languages and scrolling to the Language URL Format section.)
WPML is currently working on extending the support for every URL format. Hope it will be added in the future update of BPML plugin.
Many thanks – will try that later today. I assume the pages are associated correctly because I could select them. Not sure how I could not associate them correctly.
My client & I are getting a bit desperate. I do understand that this is a free plugin so support might be slow, but it has been 6 days since I have asked a support question and still no reaction.
Hopefully somebody can help me out. I was so happy thinking I found a great solution for this website I am creating and already at the start of the installation I am having issues.
