Just found it through trial and error. It was the sync of the profiles between BuddyPress and UserPro.

ok, I’m pretty sure it’s a conflict with the UserPro plugin. Is there a solution so that we can use both?

I’ll try disabling all plugins, but I can’t change the theme as it’s a live corporate site.
