You’re kidding me. In any case, make sure that any BP plugin you install is compatible with the WP/BP versions you are using. 🙂

Deactivate the BP Community Blogs plugin, It’s broken in 2.9.2 and messing up with the user roles in your install.

Open up header.php of your theme file and add the tag where instructions tell you to add it.

The widget appears in WPMU installations to show all posts within the whole site, main blog and sub-blogs. Since you’re on single WP, you would only have “Recent Posts”
