Twenty Fifteen its the same thing (O selected) shows up in boxes on smaller screens

Im running KLEO 3.0

Registration fields and boxes look fine on large screens, but on mobile and ipad they get shrunk and boxes show (0 selected) you have to click on that for pull down list to show up.

This looks really poor. Is there a way to change that to show (Select) or just have the name of the field in the box?

Mickey started the topic in BPress forums, when i click on Topit title, a list shows up with old titles in the forum How-to & Troubleshooting 9 years, 4 months ago

In Forums when creating a net topic when I double click a topic title box i see a drop down list with old titles some of them not even mine, typically i would be able to just click delete and remove them but not in this case. How can I clean this out, anyone ?
