Quite a bit of work. Custom code needs to be done specifically to the javascript to make it load automatically.

@pisanojm @abu_eldahab – There’s a typo on the last line.

Change “my_eombed_wmode” to “my_oembed_wmode” and it should work.

*Edit – I just noticed that there’s an error in my code. Updated Pastebin snippet should work now.

All you need is a SSL cert and then you can secure your entire WordPress install. BuddyPress should inherit the SSL settings from WordPress.

How are you adding the user? Are you adding the user via the Super Admin menu? or via the blog in question’s dashboard under “Users”?

You need to have network mode enabled in WP 3.0 to view the “My Blogs” menu.

My plugin is a parser for WordPress’ embed functionality. I’m not going to be adding support for any external providers any time soon I’m afraid.

However, you can extend the provider list by downloading WordPress plugins that extend the embed list!

    @-r-a-y Tried adding embedly and oohembed above… embedly caused your plugin to work.. oohembed did not add any of the functionality listed as add-ins… Any more thoughts on this?
