Just upgraded to WP 3.0 and root profiles are working for me.

You could try re-saving your permalink structure to see if that will have any effect.

@aishing – Try putting the code after the register_sidebars code in your theme’s functions.php. Then see if you get an error. Can you please paste the error if you get one?

Btw, you should be creating a child theme to add custom code snippets, otherwise when you upgrade BP, you’ll lose your changes.

If your site relies on Groups, you can try out the BP Group Documents plugin:

It depends on your monitor. It looks fine on my calibrated LCD monitor.

Have you tried calibrating your monitor?

Interesting idea. I was thinking of doing something for MP3 files, but I guess it would be quite easy to extend this to other extensions like JPGs, PNGs and GIFs.

What are you trying to do?
You shouldn’t need to do any renaming of the file names. That was for a previous version.

Simply download, install and activate the plugin.

Next, try inputting a YouTube URL into a status update and see what happens.
