hi @r-a-y is_site_admin() and is_admin() are very different. is_admin() checks whether you are inside wordpress admin or not.

@r-a-y Using the technique above, preferred, can you also remove individual items such as the required ‘Name’ for instance? I see no reason why this field is displayed when it is provided above adjacent to the user avatar. Or am I hearing that omission must be done by manipulating the profile loop?

this didn’t help – i had to reactivate all the plugins but it didnt change anything.
The homepage wasnt a problem as i could access it. the problem is other tabs such as members, groups etc.
Any other ideas?
