Just for the sake of simplicity I searched for a video on youtube for you. Pay close attention to the part around 4:30 as it shows how to enable registration.

I already briefly touched on how to allow users to register, and how to make a test account.
If you can’t find what you need in the codex, then search google, or maybe even youtube for a tutorial if you need visual instruction.

As @hnla has already stated the codex is your friend. It is time do do some self help now. Search the codex and use google as well. Good luck!

@shameermohamed50 the Codex is your friend, do have a read of some of the guides there as they will answer a certain amount of your questions in setting up BP and bbP

You need to go to dashboard/settings/general and click anyone can register. Then you can create a new test account and in either a different browser or chromes incognito window go to the site and log in with the test account credentials.

Even after you install bbpress you will still need to configure it depending on if you plan on using group forums, sitewide forums, or both. Use this link which I had provided previously to get an idea of setting them up:

Something is getting lost in the translation here. I am assuming you are talking about bbpress forums since BuddyPress no longer comes packaged with bbpress as of BP 1.7 This should help explain how to set it up.
