Although I don’t have an answer to your question regarding an easy way to migrate from SocialEngine, I thought I’d reach out to let you know SocialEngine is under new ownership as of January, 2014.
I’m one of the new owners, and have been working diligently with a new team to bring the platform back to “love” status for people like yourself.
