    I would download Simple Custom CSS and put all the custom CSS there. In this way your changes wont go away when updating a plugin or theme.

    With regards to the first point maybe you can use some CSS?

    .field-visibility-settings, .field-visibility-settings-toggle, .field-visibility-settings-notoggle {
    display:none !important;
    padding:0;
    margin:0;
    font-size:0;
    }

    With regards to the second point. I think the way to go is to use the language files.

    Thank you for your answer. My page titles seems to be correct. I.e. they are unique for every page I visit. I dont have a SEO-plugin-issue.

    What I need is to change what is shown in the profile page for a user. At the moment the page title is set to the WordPress display name. I want it to instead always show the username. How do I achieve this?
