Other problems still remain, if we click members, groups and everything else will appear “The page you were looking for was not found” again.

Hi Svenl77,

You only need to install it from WPMU admin page. Click plugin > install plugin > insert keyword gigya > click gigya toolbar > install > done.

I am hopeful this will help.
