    Thanks! Agreed. I’ve contacted my hosting provider as it must be an issue with the database, considering I’ve just deleted everything and started again on a totally separate domain. Hopefully, I’ll hear something from them soon.

    I will change the password now. I’m very grateful to you, Venutius.

    Thanks for your advice, Venutius. I’ve subsequently deleted that domain, hoping that starting afresh might help — it hasn’t. The new domain login details are:

    User: developer
    Password: %L3$h6653!ULifyP(26!eC2

    There are no plugins installed and the theme is still is “Twenty Fifteen” Version: 1.9. I’m desperate to get this fixed as soon as possible. Hopefully, we’ll find a solution.

    I’ve just tried that and still no luck. Any other suggestions on what might be causing the problem?

    I haven’t changed anything and experienced a similar issue on another site, which had no additional plugins installed.
