For those of you having problems with my plug in. I was contacted by someone having problems with this plug in. It turns out that they didn’t have a network install otherwise called MU install. Well I don’t believe the buddy press can even work with this. Please keep this in mind when using this plug in.

This plugin wa sn’t working with the new word press 3.1.1 and buddy press 1.2.8. The admin menu was not showing in the buddy press menu. Here’s how I fixed it. After my change this plugin is working great.
In the file labeled bp-profile-privacy-core.php I made the following two changes.

I added this line below function gtags_add_admin_menu() to fix the menu problem
add_action( is_multisite() ? ‘network_admin_menu’ : ‘admin_menu’, ‘gtags_add_admin_menu’, 20);

I found an error on your plug in. Your newest version. You have the following line all by itself. ( ‘my_plugin_options’, ‘digg’ );
You should have register_setting in this same line.

How how about a map of where all my buddy press user are? On another page

Not so easy to achieve as it sounds. Part of the reason for not exploring things like this (I may do in the future) was that this was intended to be a very simple map implementation and I was concious that there were mre advanced plugins written such as iirc Travel-junkies offering.
What I will probably look at when there’s time is getting a map…[Read more]

Hello every one. I don’t know if anyone had or has this problem, but I found kind of the work around. In your address bar of your browser just type in the name of your word press site and then type in the following.
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gtags_adminOr go to dash board and type in /admin.php?page=gtags_admin

I was able to go to a group and add tag, but I cannot find this optionally edit settings Group Tags admin page in the wordpress back end. I’ve been noticing a lot of bp plugins don’t have their menus on the dashboard anymore since word press 3.1.
