Have bbPress 1.0.2, BuddyPress 1.2.4 and WordPress 3.0 beta running fine. Haven’t seen any problem yet.

Almost gonna do beta, so I’ll find out what problems will show up. 🙂

Wouldn’t it be better to rebuild bbPress the way you want it and let the CMS stuff over to WP3.0?

Really think it’s a waste of time to try integrating two totally different softwares.

BuddyPress is basicly just like any other plugin, just upload and install.
Although you might want to change your theme to fully make use of buddypress.

You can also set your theme to keep your client blog posts on the frontpage.

Everythings possible as long as you can code it (or when your wallet is big enough). 🙂

He’ll soon realise that it won’t work that way.

Originality and feature rich buddypress installs will prevail. 🙂

Perhaps making it so that a user can’t have lower than -50 or something?
That way a user is forced to get points eventually.
