Hi, My buddypress search form is unusable on a mobile device, due to the multi-select ‘Checkbox’ fields in the search form displaying (0 selected) instead of the placeholder text title, which describes to the user, what it is they are mean’t to be selecting.

All the other fields display their typical titles the same, as when it’s being viewed on a desktop. It’s only the checkbox fields that replace the title with (0 selected). How can I prevent this from happening, I can’t find the code responsible for doing this?

I’ve located 2 older threads, where people have asked about this exact same issue and none of them received any information.
