A customised badge

Hello new buddies,
Is it possible to include a badge on the user’s profile? Hoping to show a ‘win’, ‘loss’ or ‘no report’ badge, based on their reporting by a specific weekly deadline. When it resets, it would default to ‘no report’. If that’s doable, I’d appreciate any insights on how we might approach the task. Many thanks!
