Activation page is not showing text box

When user fill the registration form on my website https://www.couponslord.com/.
After registration, the “Register” page is not getting redirected to “Activate” page.
Previously I could see the “Activate” page with Activation key Text box after registering to the website. but now it’s not working.Because of the issue most the users on my website are directly try to login to the website with activating the code.
I have even added the activate page in buddypress setting.
