Activity Ajax loading for other loops?

    Is it possible to copy the ajax style loading for activity streams for use of a regular loop? I have this loop http://pastebin.com/ZdQDMGxp that I need it for and would like to know how I could integrate it for that. I know this is kind of off topic but I was reading about ajax and it says it works differently when buddypress is installed.
