Activity filtering

    I can’t seem to get the groups added to a filtered activity stream

    I need to have a users profile stream show in one list.

    Their personal activity
    Their friends activity
    Their groups activity

    Also i’m using the wall hack so other users can posts on each others profile. Not sure if that is bungling it.

    So activity stream works more like Facebook wall. I think this should be the defacto way BP works. Have a site-wide stream but then have a profile wall.

    anyhoo need to override the profile stream. I can get the site-wide stream to bend to my will but having trouble getting profile stream to only show users, friends and groups they belong to.

    Hi,
    I’m creating a plugin to integrate a new activity stream more like facebook, i tried the wire option once but i think that it didn’t do what I/we want.

    I start with the buddypress demo plugin, just to understand how it works and then create my own, soo we need any kind of reference about who is writing in our activity wall and so on, that’s why i need to create a new plugin even that i see a few plugins using metadata table for a similar purpose.

    I’ll try to let you know more about it. By the way, good work @modemlooper with your buddiphone ;)
