Activity group Key word or Categories

Hi,
I wanted to allow my users to directly, like in word press have a keyword cloud or different type of categories to access to a typre of post.
So I wanted to know if it’s possible to add an tags or categories otpion, to be abble to create groupe of post qwith the same subject. Like in the forum “new topic”
