Activity Notification Permalinks

    @ryantaylor

    My activity notification permalinks have a /p/ in the middle of them and it is causing all notification links to redirect to a completely unrelated page. I’m using BuddyPress v2.0.1 and getting very frustrated that none of the activity links on my website work. The actual links should be /activity/activity-number/ which does show the correct activity thread while /activity/p/activity-number/ absolutely does not.

    Because I cannot find a working solution to this problem, I have searched all of the BuddyPress core files and found all instances of the ‘/p/’ being added and replaced it with ‘/’ which works in almost every case but not on the member > notifications page. Also, I DO NOT want to have to modify the BP Core, in any case.

    Please help. I’m losing my mind and money on this.

    I found the last place where I was missing the ‘/p/’ and deleted it. However, I still don’t like that I had to edit the core code to make this fix.
