Activity Reply Form Problems

I am have problems with my reply form on the activity stream.

The reply form is displaying on the left hand side and it sucks.

I tried every BP theme that I have and no matter what it still displays the same.

I disabled any plugin having to do with the comments.

I would like to have to when people click the reply button, the reply form pops up in a lightbox.

Thanks in advanced to who ever can help me out.

Then try to deactivate all plugins except BuddyPress, not only the ones having to do with the comments, and change to bp-default theme.

No plugin available at this time for that kind of pop up.

oh my we have the same problem..I just wonder if there is anyone who could have an idea on how to code that it will display below the activity that you will want to reply with.. or is there a plugin that can disable the reply button and change it to comment
