Activity Stream and Profile Pages Re-Direct to Member Listing Page

I am new to BuddyPress and this is my first install. It is set-up on a multi-site and it is all functioning with the exception of 2 things:

When I click on the “Activities” page, it just redirects to the member listings.
When I try and click to view a profile page I get the same issue.

I am running the very latest WordPress and the latest BuddyPress as I just installed these last week. It is all in the root directory. I am hosting with Dreamhost. BuddyPress is installed on a subdomain and I am using the BP default theme. My server is Linux; Apache.

My bp-custom.php includes:

define ( ‘BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG’, true );
define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 2 );

?>

I am extremely afraid to do anything else to it as it was almost a nightmare to get it all set-up properly. I am hoping there is a quick fix or setting that I am missing!

I appreciate any help.
