BuddyPress.org

I get an 404 error when a user comments on an activity stream posting.. apparently the comment form submits to `[domain]/community/activity/reply` and there is no such thing in buddy press’s file structure.

I need help locating what is causing this error and how to fix it.

it is a basic BP install using Custom Community Pro theme.

4. Did you upgrade from a previous version of WordPress? If so, from which version? 3.3
5. Was WordPress functioning properly before installing/upgrading BuddyPress (BP)? e.g. permalinks, creating a new post, commenting. YES
6. Which version of BP are you running? Version 1.5.2
7. Did you upgraded from a previous version of BP? NO If so, from which version? n/a
8. Do you have any plugins other than BuddyPress installed and activated? YES If so, which ones? BuddyPress Sliding Login Panel, Contact Form 7, Cube Points and CP BP Integration, Easing Slider, Newsletter, Really Simple CAPTCHA, s2Member Pro v111220, WP-Table Reloaded, WP_Auctions
9. Are you using the standard BuddyPress themes or customized themes? custom, Custom Community Pro
10. Have you modified the core files in any way? NO
11. Do you have any custom functions in bp-custom.php? NO
12. If running bbPress, which version? Or did your BuddyPress install come with a copy of bbPress built-in? bbPress is not active
13. Please provide a list of any errors in your server’s log files. Generic 404, page not found, no other log file errors.
14. Which company provides your hosting? I do.
15. Is your server running Windows, or if Linux; Apache, nginx or something else? linux (CENTOS 5.7 i686) with Apache 2.x
