activity stream: dynamic order

    Can we have activity stream order changed dynamically to reflect the popularity of article.

    For example the present order of activity will be (according to date)

    1) Post on 10th feb 2016

    2) Post on 9th feb 2016

    3) Post on 8th feb 2016
    new comment on 11th feb 2016

    4) Post on 7th feb 2016

    What I want is the order should be

    1) Post on 8th feb 2016
    new comment on 11th feb 2016

    2) Post on 10th feb 2016

    3) Post on 9th feb 2016

    4) Post on 7th feb 2016
