Activity Stream on groups page with filter

Hey,
On my groups homepage I woulkd like to display an activity stream. This works fine. But the filter does not. I can make a selection, but the stream does not update. It just flashes like theres been an update but the content does not change.
Ive tried serval things here. Ive even replaced the groups dir with the files from the activity dir.
Any ideas?
