Activity Stream Profile Field

Adding a new Activity Stream entry when a user changes a Profile Field, it´s possible?

Example when change avatar profile: “Member uploaded a new profile picture”

Whow I wish … “Member updated their profile” it´s possible? whow?

This is massively crucial for me. I’m sure this has been done, but I haven’t found anything in a quick search of the forums.

Ideally ‘MEMBER updated FIELD’ but ‘MEMBER updated their profile’ would do the job still.

Any assistance would be magnificent.
