Add custom fields to BuddyPress Docs

Hi! I’m using BuddyPress Docs plugin and works great!! However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to add custom fields to it (I would need more fields than just title, content and attachement), like a form and have a PDF generator somewhere.
I’m use custom field plugin. Backend it’s working fine. Custom field working. But how to integrate frontend?
