Add Groups directory page to BP navbar

I am using BP Template pack with WP twentyten and want to add the links to directory pages for Groups and Members to the BP navbar. I can’t see where to do this.

Interested in this too … Do you get e-mail updates when someone responds to a thread. I would really like an answer to modifying the nav bar period.
