add member request to a menu

Hi
I would like to add /groups/{name_of-forum}/admin/membership-requests/ and /groups/{name_of-forum}/admin/manage-members/ to a sidebar menu so it is easy for my moderators to access their member request and members list.
Can anyone tell me how I can alter the “forum folder name” to capture all different forums so I can make a quick link for them or if there is a way to do this
