Add "My groups only" in Forum-list.

Is it possible to somehow add “My groups only” beside “All Topics” and “My Topics”.
I got a site where I will have a lot of groups and some of them will not be intresting
to others.
Alternative solution I also could go for: “All topics” showing only posts from group user is membership of. IF they are logged in.
