Add number of new messages to messages in submenu

    Hi,

    I have a link to “messages” when being logged in on my site in the submenu. All i want is that messages to have a counter with the amount of new messages it has. Is this possible to do?

    I use all the latest versions of both buddypress and wordpress

    the site is http://www.poke-spot.com
