Add Red Font to Editor Tooltip

Hi, we are using WP > BP plugin to create a non-profit website.
When I am composing a Post, I can double-click on see the font options, such as Bold, underline, hyperlink, H2, H3, quote, etc.
QUESTION: How can we create a button that turns the selected text font into red color? We would like this button to be between hyperlink and H2.
