Add Social Media icons to admin bar

Hi There,

I would like to add my social media icons (Facebook, twitter & RSS) to the right of my buddypress adminbar. Is this possible?.. OK, everything is possible, but does anyone have a clue how?

Or is there an existing plugin for this?

Well, yes and no. Yes I’d know how to do it, but if you’re not a developer, it’s not really possible. I’m not aware of any plugins that do this.

@Slashmarx: The icons on your site are in a sidebar, I´m looking for a solution for the top menu admin bar.
