Add: target=”_parent” to every link that has the word members in it.

I have modified my buddypress to have groups show up in an iframe on a regular buddypress page. I have taken out the header and footer. I want members to be able to click around the group within the iframe. I do want members to be able to click out of the iframe into the parent window when they click on a members name or members link. Otherwise, when they click on a link, the iframe links to the whole site within the iframe.
I am looking for a fast way to add a target=”_parent” to each member link.
Please help!
