Adding a second registration form

Hey guys!
My client has buggered me to all ends on adding a volunteer registration page to his site with no actual real function other than it allowing the same register form as the the site’s current buddypress form.
I checked the forum and really can’t find an instance where one has created a second instance of the form. I can get the login page to show via php inclusion on a page template but not the register page.
I should also state I’m running this site within the Bridge theme and Visual Composer and while I haven’t ran into any bugs I just can’t figure out how to bring about calling a second instance of the registration form as it appears on the current registration page.
