Adding an Activity Stream into any page

    Hi I want to be able to add a Global Activity Stream to a page I created called the Community Page, it will function similar to the “Activity Page” Except for the fact that I will have other content on the page, i’m laying it out something like this HTML

    Page Title

    Content explaining our community

    Static Display of Groups (I hard coded HTML because I don’t like default display of Groups) | Activity Stream (Floated to the right of all the groups)

    Is that possible?

    What version of BP are you using?

    you can pull in whatever from the activity stream loop and place it anywhere (surprised no one has created a “stream widget” )

    @melech-mizrahi – I’m using the latest version

    @etivti – That worked out great thanks. Out of curiosity would you know how to limit the Activity stream to show only activity that involves Groups that the user is involved in?

    Thanks,

    Jordan

    Oh and how would you limit the amount of activity shown?

    Is there a post which discusses the type of questions i’m asking? I couldn’t find one.
