Adding Dynamic Links to Users Profile from Admin Panel

Hello Everyone, I am developing a social networking site in WordPress using Buddypress. Got great help from this forums. I am facing one problem in creating custom menu links from backend Panel. I want to create a menu bar with links redirecting to the members own profile edit page. The link structure is http://mydomain.com/members/username/profile/edit. But i am not able to find out the logged in users name to link from backend. Can anyone help??

that’s typical WP stuff. Please read here how you can do that.

That didnt actually helped. Function Reference/add menu page Seems to be like a helping hand but i am not able to understand it fully.
