Adding Icon next to username based on profile field.

Hello everyone. I’m creating a Social Network for a video game which is on multiple platforms. XBOX, PS3, PC. I would like to be able to add a Profile field for Console and depending on which the user chooses. Have a small icon next to their name in the activity feed with what system they play on. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you!

for sure you can do this ! 😉

See the new member-type API: https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/member-types/
Types can be XBOX, PS3, PC for example. It’s a very robust and flexible solution.
