Admin Bar, Breaking User Themes

    Does anyone else have the issue of the Admin bar breaking user blog themes?

    For some themes it works fine, but for others it causes major issues. Is there a work around for this? I know this can be fixed with CSS, just haven’t found the solution to it yet.
