Admin Bar Issue

The admin bar on the site isn’t going all the way across the screen. It’s fine on the admin panel area, but on the actual site it’s the same width as the header/content area.

I have a fresh install of 2.9.2 and the version of BP available on WP.org. I’ve added a few plugins, but have deactivated them one by one, and nothing is fixing the issue
