Admin bar options in wordpress menu

I would like to only use my wordpress menu and delete or hide the Buddy press admin bar.
How can I set up the buddypress bar choices like ´profile´and áctivity´ in my wordpress menu?Thanks in advance!

I´ve seen that url already via Google, but it looks way to scary for me (I´m just a beginner).
Might give it a go via a childtheme before I completely mess things up in my own themeIt´s almost working
Kind of lost all of the urls that were placed in the admin bar, do you know were I can find them back in my dashboard?
Looking for the url to go to profile, messages etc.
