admin only field visible to certain other users

I have a profile field set to admin only viewing, “Visibility = Only Me”. Only the admin and the user of that particular profile/field can view it.
I want to allow certain other users to be able to view this but NOT have admin rights to the rest of the site.

Is this possible?

View it where?

And only admins have admin rights anywhere on the site, so your question needs clarification.

view it on the frontend.

Right now if I set the field to “Only Me” all the admins can see the field and the user of that particular profile.
I would like to be able to allow certain users to be able to view this field on the front end with out having admin rights.

You will need to create a template overload of this file:
buddypress\bp-templates\bp-legacy\buddypress\members\single\profile\profile-loop.php

And write a conditional to handle the visibility of that field.
