Ajax Tutorials?

    Is there a tutorial somewhere for BP (preferrably) or WP that can educate me on how to set up things properly?

    None of my javascript/ajax functions are working WHATSOEVER. They are not loading, and if I load them manually (hardcoded URLS in header.php) , they are loaded but don’t catch any of my clicks. I suspect BP’s “standard” global.js and ajax.php are hijacking my clicks…

    Ajax in BP is interwoven with lots of CSS tags. As soon as you change something in templates, Ajax breaks. There are also some known problems with Ajax in version 1.1.3.

    The codex will get be getting a little makeover soon, and at that point some better BP documentation will hopefully be put in.

    Right now the best places to look are the ajax.php and .js files themselves unfortunately.
