All Bases Covered Method Of Backing Up BP?

    Hi there,

    I am in the process of making a BP site with over 3000 groups on it. It will take me literally weeks to do and I really want to be 100% safe in the knowledge that if anything went wrong that I would never have to produce these groups again.

    Could someone please tell me how to back up my ENTIRE site from databases to pictures, content etc.

    I REALLY need to know how to do this so please any help would be so much appreciated!

    use phpmyadmin to export the database stuff and ftp to backup a copy of your installation to your local disk.
