Please, is there anyone who would be kind enough to help me through this problem?

All my BuddyPress pages redirect to the homepage.This only happens when myself as an Admin or even a student (I run an education site) is logged in. This problem has been ongoing for over a month now, my first two tickets on this platform got ignored. This is my last attempt to try and get assistance, please help. I have dug through the web and sadly there isn’t any helpful information I have come across.Thank you for your kind attention.
